Water (L)=Weight (kg)×0.035+0.35×(Exercise (mins)30)\displaystyle \text{Water (L)} = \text{Weight (kg)} \times 0.035 + 0.35 \times \left(\frac{\text{Exercise (mins)}}{30}\right)

Hydration needs are computed using a baseline of 35 ml of water per kilogram of body weight, with an additional 350 ml of water added for every 30 minutes of active exercise.
